Can I change my MT4 password?You are not allowed to change your MT4 or MT5 Master Password.

Can I see the trades that are placed on my account?Yes, you may see your trades at all times, however you may not close or open any trades on the account. Doing so may forfeit your account.

What is your annual profit goal and what do you average monthly?Our annual profit goal is 10%, however, we consistently produce 10-18% monthly growth. Please understand that past profits do not guarantee future profits.

Is there a minimum/maximum lot size?Lot size is determined by the account size: - Under $5,000 are set at 0.01 fixed lot - $5,000 - $10,000 are set at .02 fixed lot - $10,000 - $20,000 are set at .03 lot and may be adjusted to 0.1 lot in some situations - Over $20,000 are set at .10 lot size The lot size may be adjusted at any time while adhering to the 5% overall max risk

Can I share my trading account's password with anyone?You are solely responsible for your trading account and are not allowed to share your password with others. Sharing your password is prohibited because it grants unauthorized access to your account for trading purposes. Violating this rule will be considered a breach of our terms of service, and BK Account Management reserves the right to take necessary action in such cases.

Is there a free trial account?No, we do not offer a free trial. Most users who are interested in our service have followed our trading history, profitable strategies, educational content, testimonials from customers, and they keep track of our trading statistics. Additionally, they enjoy our teaching and trading style, and trust our guidance from our positive track record. BK Account Management service is risk-free because you can cancel at anytime! And, who's going to cancel if they're making money! Wink!

How much is the BK Account Management Service?There is an initial one time $99 (non-refundable) fee, followed by a monthly fee for the service that you choose. You have the option to reimburse yourself from any monthly profits, or you can allow your account to keep growing.

Who will pay tax on my profit?You will have to pay your own taxes based on your country's tax policy.

What days do you live trade?BK Trading Academy holds live trading for students Tuesday & Thursday currently at 9am EST (New York Trading Session, every Tuesday), and 3am EST (London Session Trading, every Thursday). Signals are dropped daily Monday - Friday when criteria are met. The sessions are recorded in case you miss the live calls.

How do I withdraw my profits?Refer to the BK Account Management Playlist Folder that was provided in the download instructions after you signed up.

What are the available payment methods?The only payment methods available are the ones listed on the website at checkout. If you do not see it as an option, it's not an available pay method.

What fees do I have to pay for account management service?The initial fee is paid at sign up and we withdraw the monthly tier service fee automatically on the same day that you signed up, each month. The good news is that we don't charge any additional or unnecessary excessive fees. We truly want you to profit and benefit from this exceptional service.

If the account does not profit in a month, do you still charge a fee?Yes, the monthly fee is still charged based on the tier service you are on that time. Fortunately, we do not have a history of negative months.

What is the refund policy?All sales are final. There is a ZERO refund policy.

What is your max risk when trading?The max risk for account management is 5%. Our strategy is to maintain a well balanced portfolio trading the short, medium, and long-term simultaneously. If you are looking for fast, aggressive growth, BK Account Management is not a good fit.

Can I cancel the service anytime?Yes, you can cancel anytime, however, we require a 30 day cancellation notice. For example, if your payment is due on 10/15 and you request to cancel on 10/13, your payment will still be due for that month. You will not be charged on 11/15 since you gave us a 30 day cancellation notice. To request cancellation, simply login to your account, click contact, and send a request to cancel.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
